Walls and Roofs

So, that first room will house the brewhouse, and a few fermenters. The room behind the framed wall will be the malt room, and the large opening will be a glass garage door.

Go, Kari! We can hardly wait for the grand opening (or even the soft opening). Keep your spirits up, so to speak. The B&B owners of Joseph are rooting for you!

Hi, I'm a friend of Ed Herrmann's and he told me to contact you about your brewery. I am looking to open one as well, but I am a few years away. I don't have much experience with professional brewing. I've only home brewed. Any advice you have about how to get into this business? I'd like to get hands on experience working in a brewery for a while and then maybe go get some credentials.
thanks,

Hi Kari: We're looking for an update. I can see construction progressing steadily as I drive down Main Street. Gonna let that distillery two doors down open before you do?

Keep up the good work and we're looking forward to announcing Mutiny Brewing Company's opening to our B&B guests!
